All coaching services are virtual—no matter where you are, we can work together!

With 24 years of experience in the weight loss industry, I’ve spent countless hours coaching groups and individuals to build healthier, more balanced lives. In 2019, I expanded my expertise with multiple life coaching certifications, enabling me to help clients with stress management, self-care, boundaries, goal setting, and overall well-being.

I believe most people are 90% of the way to their goals—they just need help with the last 10%. That’s where I come in. Whether you need guidance in health, career, organization, or follow-through, I ask the right questions to help you find your answers.​​​

Our Power of 13 method focuses on portion control, reducing sugar and saturated fats, mindful eating, and sustainable lifestyle changes. These groups are not about dieting—they’re about transforming your relationship with food, health, and yourself.

Virtual Weekly Support Groups – $40/month

Small group (max 25 screens)

Weekly Zoom meetings

Private Facebook group for extra supportWeekly discussion recaps

🗓 Current Schedule (MST)

:Wednesdays – 9:30 AM

Saturdays – 7:30 AM, 9:00 AM, 10:15 AM

Support Group + One-on-One Coaching

$70/month – Support Group + One 30-min session ($30 per additional session)

$80/month – Support Group + One 45-min session ($40 per additional session)

$95/month – Support Group + One 60-min session ($55 per additional session)

 

Monthly Maintenance Support Group – $15/month

 

For those maintaining their progress, this group provides continued support, accountability, and goal-setting.
