Service Description
Embark on your health and wellness journey with a personalized, in person one-on-one coaching session with Coach Paris from AOYSCoaching. In this 45-minute intensive coaching session, we'll work through any difficulties, roadblocks, or limiting beliefs that have been holding you back. Together, we'll create a tailored plan with tiny habits and easy-to-follow strategies to kickstart your journey towards a healthier you.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy 1:1 Fees to be paid 24 hours before the session is set to take place. No Shows will forfeit the fee. (I will wait for 10 minutes in zoom rooms) 24 hours are required for rescheduling your appointment or you will forfeit your fee. 24 hours or less reschedule will be a $10.00 fee to be paid at time of reschedule. Start times and end times are strictly enforced.
