Doterra AromaTouch® Technique I have a gift I love to share with others. Receiving AromaTouch is an experience like no other, combining the application of essential oils with physical touch to provide numerous benefits: Restore balance, tranquility, and homeostasis to the body. Stimulate the immune response. Reduce the inflammatory response. Reduce toxicity in the body. This service is available to all ages. What happens in an AromaTouch session? You are in a safe space. My retreat space is softly lit and relaxing. You will need to be able to use stairs to access it. We will chat for 5 to 10 minutes to understand how you are feeling and your current needs. Then, I will leave you to undress from the top up and get on my massage table face down. I will apply the oils in a very specific order and with precise movements. The session lasts 30 minutes. Everyone feels different after the service—some feel relaxed and energized, others clear-headed and focused. Most say they get so much done in the days following the service. It seems to give each person what they need the most.
