So a few years ago a friend recommended I read a book called One word that will change your life. It is literally a game changer for me. A 45 minute read and I have had 100’s of friends read it. Perfect for the entire family. You chose what parts work for you and then you chose a word to live by for the year. I think it is a perfect way to start 2017. Like I said its 45 minutes. My words in the last years have been discipline, acceptance and this year it is all forms of passion, passionately, passionate. You can get it just about everywhere including on kindle. UPDATE for 2018 My word is Purpose, purposeful, on purpose. My work for 2019/2020 is ADAPT! I would love to hear yours.

2020/2021 my word is BOUNDARIES. with a side of SIMPLIFY.

I read this book every year on my quit smoking anniversary in the middle of October. Choosing and living my word.
