Cinnamon Bark Essential oil
One of the 1st oils I brought into our home was Cinnamon bark. I knew it would be beautiful. One of my very favorite smells in candles and perfumes (2 things I wanted to get natural solutions for) we had to have it for sure. Little did I know how many places we would use it. It can be used aromatically, topically and internally. Among the many benefits of Cinnamon Bark oil is the powerful *cleansing properties. For this reason, dōTERRA recently formulated a mouthwash that includes Cinnamon Bark oil. Combine a few drops of dōTERRA Cinnamon Bark oil with water in a spray bottle to tackle your little one’s sticky mess. Due to its spicy and sweet flavor, you can substitute it for the powdered spice in baking.
Physical uses
Cinnamon Bark Essential oil is warm and spicy.
A drop in your hot cocoa or hot tea.
Sugar cravings? I have a solution I fill a 30 ml with 20 drops Doterra cinnamon bark EO and top with water. Spray in your mouth anytime a craving hits. Not only does it help with cravings but it is so good for your gums and mouth.
Homemade mouthwash 8 ounce glass mason jar 5 drops cinnamon bark, 5 drops On Guard, 3 drops Melaleuca. Top with filtered water. Be sure to shake before using.
It is great for a warming massage. Make a massage oils with 2 ounces of FCO (fractionated Coconut oil) and 5 drops of cinnamon oil.
Cinnamon toothpicks: soak a few toothpicks in a drop or 2 of cinnamon.
Diffuse when having a romantic evening for a boost in libido and passion.

Rekindling sexual energies then there has been a repression.
