If my head is stuffy I literally sniff it out of the bottle to clear my sinuses. We diffuse anytime we need relief from seasonal threats. I make a salve out of solid coconut oil and breathe and on guard when we have chest congestion.

Deep Blue
(Our Soothing blend) OH MY not only will you be getting a 5ml of deep blue oil but you will get the rub and the roller ball. This was a game changer at our home. I hope you will read my entire blog on deep blue but here is how we use it. Daily honestly. I apply anywhere I am hurting. My husband built a deck last summer and he used this every night and was able to NOT take a single OTC pain reliever. All natural and no internal damage. I have used literally EVERY single OTC product and deep blue is the only one that offers me long lasting relief. We use a roller ball of digestzen every night for ongoing issues. It has changed my life not having to take any prescriptions anymore.
Digestzen (our digestive blend):
my other game changer. Any tummy trouble we are applying directly to abdomen. We add a drop to 4 oz of water for instant relief. It can also be used for sinus headaches and issues. A roller ball over your sinus and down your neck you will feel the drainage quickly.
Lavender:
Probably the most well know oil. It is very versatile. Need to just clam down? I roll it on my feet. We use it in many sleepy time blends we diffuse. Our favorite right now is 2 drops 💦 Lavender, 2 💦 cedar wood 2 drops 💦 sandalwood. Also this oil is great for burns both sun and cooking. If you apply it, it will not scar. Roll on little ones feet for a good restful sleep. Very gentle and good for even the littlest.
Lemon :
What doesn’t this oil do? We use it in so many ways. 1st we drop a drop in our water in the mornings. My hubby uses it in a roller bottle with FCO for under eye circles he has had amazing results. Diffuse it for a BRIGHT cheery cleanliness when housecleaning. I make all my own cleaning products and it is in them all. Run the washer and dishwasher once a month with vinegar and lemon. This oil is sun sensitive so please use only at night if using on skin.
On Guard (Our protective blend.)
This oil has its own line. It is amazing smelling but also will keep your family safe and healthy from all those cooties out there. We use it in the diffuser when anyone has a sniffle. Rolling it on our feet the entire sickly season. We take the soft gels whenever we are boarding an airplane. Diffusing it with breathe to clear any seasonal threats. I use All the cleaning products. . They are amazing. The throat lozenges are perfect if you have a dry throat.
Peppermint:
the all around great oil We use it for Headaches, overheating (roll on bottoms of feet and neck), upset tummy (internally and topically). Insect repellent. Energizer a drop in your hand and inhale. Diffuse for a quick afternoon pick me up.
The Petal Diffuser.
I love this diffuser it runs for 2 or 4 hours. It shuts off when it is empty. It cleans the air and disperses the oil. Using only takes tap water.
