AOYS is all about whole health.  Our Power of 13 is taken from 3 areas and is very well rounded.

Dietary, Activity and Overall Mindset

We have had discussions on clearing the clutter, life shortcuts, tiny habits and so much more.

This topic is so very near and dear to my heart.  I love reading but as I have gotten older I barely take the time to sit and read.  I quick look at FB, a article in a magazine, a chapter or 2.  But making time to read WAS just not a priority it is now.

Learning the importance of reading daily reading showed me i needed to make the time.
