Yoga, Mediation and StretchingÂ
Weekly SummaryÂ
Mantra for this week
OUR MANTRA THIS WEEK: EVERYTHING you need your strength, your courage, compassion and love. Everything you need is within you.Â
We had a great week chatting about meditation, yoga and stretching. Â Why we need it and how as we age we lose our balance and stop getting down on the floor. Â It is important to get on the floor and get back up. Â Start slow with 3 to 5 times a week and use whatever you need to use to get back up. But keep doing it everyday and you will see a difference in your strength and ability. Â Next Balance: Â when you are brushing your teeth, cooking in the kitchen, anytime you are standing lean on one leg and lift your foot up BALANCE change legs and do it often. Â Possibly every time you are brushing your teeth will make a difference. Â Some days our balance is better than others that is OK! Keep doing it!
Some Myths We talked about this weekÂ

Great summary! Also, I loved the profiles of Marlene and Sally. Very impressive ladies!!
Loved todayâs topic! The assignment to get on the floor more and to stretch was awesome. Since much of my time was on the floor with her today, my pup thanks you! She thought âdownward dogâ was an invitation to lick my face and sniff (I wonât say where – HaHa!). đ
